A blind tasting dinner where attendees were treated to an evening of good fun, great wines, tantalizing food and jolly good company! Guests were asked to give their comments on the preferred pairing of a particular dish with each wine and discern between several iconic shirazes and syrahs, putting their palates to the challenge.
