Administrator – Marketing and Communications

Job Scope
• Providing general administrative support to the Marcoms department
• In charge of pricelist updates, A&P inventory management and event preparation
• Any other tasks assigned by the Marcoms Manager

Requirements
• ‘O’ Level with marketing certification / Diploma in Marketing or Business Admin  
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience with an interest in Marketing & Communications
• Meticulous with details
• Neat and organised working style
• Knowledge of wines is not compulsory however an interest in wines will be considered advantageous

Job Scope

Job Scope
• Drive and Ensure assigned Company’s vehicle is in good operating condition
• Coordinate with off-site logistic and customer support staff
• Make deliveries to customers in Singapore;
• Schedule daily delivery routes
• Make ad hoc deliveries during off-work hours.

Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least primary or above education
• At least 1 to 2 years of driving experience and familiar with roads in Singapore
• Willing to work 5 working days
• Valid Driving License and Possess Class 3

• Manage the warehouse logistics and distribution operations
• Receiving, picking & packing, shipping, delivering and reverse logistics for multiple MNC customers.
• Develop and implement policies and operational procedure to support warehouse operations

Job Scope
Reporting to the Assistant Marketing Manager, the selected candidate is responsible in conceptualization, design & creation of various in-house marketing collaterals. As well as manage/update company websites.

Requirements
• Diploma in Graphic Design with minimum 2 years working experience;
• Proficient in Print and Web Design;
• Excellent knowledge and skills in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver (HTML/css), in a PC environment
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin;
• Must be detailed, methodical and able to meet tight deadlines
