In the following terms and conditions, the “Company” will mean Hock Tong Bee Pte Ltd – CornerStone and the “customer” will mean any person,
firm, company, corporation or body who places an order with the Company.

Terms and conditions

The Company agrees to contract with the customer subject to these terms and conditions. No variation to or alteration of these terms and conditions will bind the Company. The placing of an order by the customer will be deemed to be an “offer” and the delivery of the Company’s order confirmation form will be deemed to be the acceptance of that offer.

Delivery

Hock Tong Bee Pte Ltd undertakes to deliver ordered products within 72 hours of order receipt to the following:
a) Minimum value of S$500.00 in one order.
b) Orders must be received before 4.00pm from Mondays to Fridays.
c) Deliveries will be made from Mondays to Fridays except Public Holidays.
Orders received after 4.00pm will be delivered within 72 hours of receipt.
For urgent orders requiring delivery within 24 hours, a S$50.00 delivery charge will be levied.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability.

Payments / Related Charges

All payments should be made in Singapore Dollars
a) By Cash Internet Fund Transfer or TT payment
b) By Cross Cheques should be made payable to "HOCK TONG BEE PTE LTD"
c) By Internet Fund Transfer

Overdue invoices shall bear interest on a monthly basis at the rate of 1% of outstanding balance.
The Customer shall be liable for all costs incurred in our collection or enforcing the collection of such outstanding monies thereof, including, but not limited to, legal fees.

Stock Availability

All goods offered herein are subject to stock availability prior to sale.

Prices / Currency Fluctuation / Vintage Change

All wines that are sold as a vertical are not for individual sales.
All wines are 750ml unless otherwise stated.
All prices indicated in this Price List are in Singapore Dollars and include duties but exclude prevailing G.S.T.
Prices are subject to current GST at 7%, which may be subject to change.
Hock Tong Bee Pte Ltd reserves the right to adjust prices according to price increase from wineries, ex-works, and / or any major currency exchange fluctuations.
Product vintages are subject to change without prior notice.
Vintage information may be obtained from our Order Department.

Complaints / Breakages / Losses

The Customer is advised to examine all goods purchased upon self - collection or delivery.
Any shortage or breakage must be brought to the attention of the duty staff (for self-collection) or delivery personnel immediately.
Complaints will not be entertained unless this condition is observed.
Corked wines should be made known to your salesperson within 48 hours and returned within 72 hours of self-collection or delivery for inspection and replacement.
Claims after the above notice period will not be entertained.
